We considered putting a “cost savings” calculator here but then we remembered that you’re not easily fooled.

Questions & Answers

Is there a trial period?
Yes, every workspace gets a 14-day Pro plan trial. Lumix is powerful and takes time to explore. So you need time to procrastinate, receive some reminders, get into Lumix again, and, finally, "get" it. We think you can do it in 14 days. If you'd like to have a jump start, we suggest our
concierge support.
What happens when the trial is over?
Once the trial is over, we'll ask you to make a decision: you can continue with Pro, select another paid plan, or switch to Free. No need to wait until the end of the trial period though: add billing details and select your plan at any point during the first 14 days to ensure uniterrupted experience.
Is there really no entities limit on the Free plan?
Yes, you can have any number of rows in your databases. The performance depends on your usage patterns—for example, Tables handle large volumes of data better than Boards, and complex formulas take longer to calculate in large databases. If you have fewer than 50K entities, you'll almost certainly be fine. If you have more than 500K data points, consider aggregating them before adding to Lumix.
What about these 6 months for free for startups?
Get 6 months of Lumix for free if your company has fewer than 42 employees.
Ditch those scattered spreadsheets, and let’s grow together.
What happens if we invite/deactivate users when on a paid plan?

When you invite a new user, we charge you proportionally to the time left in the billing cycle. For example, if you pay annually and there are six months left until the next payment, the prorated amount is $ 12*(6/12)*12= $ 72.

When you deactivate a user, the unspent amount will be deducted from your next bill.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Pro and Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer. Credit cards and Paypal are available via self-service at checkout. Please contact us for Apple Pay or bank transfer payments.
How is the payment being processed?
We use Chargebee at the checkout and Braintree to process your payment. Braintree handles billions of dollars in transactions and is trusted by companies like Uber, Dropbox, and GitHub. We do not store or handle your credit card information directly.
Do you offer refunds?
We do. If you've made a mistake while signing up for a paid subscription, accidentally added paid members to your workspace, or simply lost enthusiasm for Lumix, please reach out to us to us via chat or at new@lumix.com within 30 days of payment.
Can we cancel our paid plan?
Sure, feel free to cancel your subscription at any time. All the benefits of the paid plan will remain till the end of your billing cycle. Once the billing cycle is over, we won't charge you again, and your workspace will switch to the Free plan.
What AI providers do you use?
We use Deepgram for audio and video transcription and OpenAI as well as custom models.
Can I use my own AI providers?
Unfortunately, no.
