Operating system for orgs run by nerds

A modular work platform that replaces scattered tools and brings everything and everyone together.

…get everyone and everything together in one collaborative and interconnected workspace:
Connected city
These cities are all hand-drawn. It took us four hands and three weeks. Drove us bananas.
Everything is deeply
intertwingled
Ted Nelson

But Lumix thrives when you
make it truly yours.

Deep inside, you’re
an architect, aren’t you?

Tell it how you want to run your team
— and Lumix will adapt.

Due to its modular nature it can handle whatever you throw at it.

Complex, not complicated
This seems a lot more powerful than Notion. I'm extremely surprised this isn't extremely popular. Just wondering if I am missing something, like if the CEO tortures small kittens.

The explanation is simple: we are much better at product and engineering than at sales and marketing.

However, you are here, so it means that we are doing something right. Finally!

Oh, and also I waterboard kittens.

Powerful for those who can handle it,

Simple for everyone else

Teammates and volunteers don't have to know about the complexity - you can prepare familiar and simple Views for adding the data, working with that and etc.
We have nuns using Lumix, for God's sake.

When everything is connected,

AI finally makes sense

Since everything's in the same place and neatly organized in a relational database, AI can answer pretty challenging questions spanning multiple teams and processes:
Understanding > Productivity
Bring the data from the tools that you cherish into Lumix and connect with the rest of your workspace

Support teamSupport team
Polina, Chris, and Kseniya would be happy to support you in bringing any process (however weird) into Lumix.
The support team is super friendly, approachable and helpful even when it comes to assisting with complicated scenarios, solving problems, or suggestions - big ups to them!

We will annoy you

with (usually meaningful) product updates every Thursday
It's insane how fast you guys deliver & build.

I’m always blown away how updates make sense. It is well thought every time.

Comparing to my time with ClickUp this is next level s*it.

In progress: quick filters, context-aware AI, previous values in rules, snappier timelines.
January 2026 validation rules, architect mode, custom database access, time periods integration.
December 2025 mobile app, faster reports, mermaid diagrams, Stripe integration.
November 2025 gallery view, n8n integration, mobile app (private beta), 2x faster AI agent.
